With WFH 3 days a week, nobody knows who is in the office and when, the holding company just makes sure we scan our passes twice a week. I’ve been secretly working in a different agency’s office because it’s way nicer, and nobody has noticed for months. My pass works in every groupe agency in the city 😁

I have recently joined bank of america, india branch, it's not been 15 days actually. And they are asking all the employees who are working from home to come to office. Which is 18 april. Can we as a employee ask the company to continue with the work from home model.

I left my job without having anything else lined up otherwise I would have had a mental breakdown. I’m not even in that great of a financial place, but it was my job or my sanity. I know at least three other people who, in the past few months, have left with nothing lined up. I feel like it’s something we need to be talking more about. This isn’t normal for people to be doing this right?
