Wonderful fellow nurses, excellent team work .
The issue is excessive work load on beside nurse .
Admissions take 4-5 hrs with case load almost impossible. Administration does not acknowledge or want to hear negative or constructive criticism.
New CEO has no nursing experience, is not a team
Player ,very inexperienced , poor fit for big job .
Nurses are ripe for union. There should be several lawsuits against fair labor practices.
