What would u do? 3 YOE HCOL city and I have 2 potential options:
1) move to a boutique healthcare strategy consulting firm in a similar role as I have now (client facing consulting role).. 120-130 base + 20% bonus
2) a product specialist role at Meta (FB). This told role product management, it’s analytics heavy. $107k base, 10% bonus, $30K stock.

At the end of the day, TC for both is similar. As far as exit opportunities I’m not sure what is better, so looking to get other people’s opinions.

Recruiters: How to articulate that I am capable of Sourcing for Technical roles coming from a healthcare background (3yrs)? Sourcing is a transferable skill. It takes passion, curiosity, and the ability to research to hunt for the right person for the role. I believe it can be done in any industry. However, it seems like companies would take a novice over someone with a different industry experience (after viewing several LI profiles) and I don't want to be boxed into my current industry.

So I say this with complete humility and an understanding that this is a fortunate-ish situation to be in. I’m in a position where I am tied to nothing, I have no children, spouse, or house. My job, which I’ve loved until some recent significant leadership changes, is sucking the life out of me and I think it may be time for a change. I just accepted an offer in writing. The new job will start the background check next which I’ve been told it may take a while to complete. My start date at the new job isn’t until 2023 so there is some time for me to turn in my notice.
