Would there be a difference in success rate if scheduling interview right before the holiday season vs after the new year? Curious to know thoughts in terms of recent surging hiring needs/headcounts and other external factors. TIA!

Is it common at McKinsey for partners to be heavily involved in projects? I work in industry and I’m on a project now where a Senior Partner and Partner are on most our calls and seem very involved in delivery. The EM takes point on the deck but less on client relationships. I used to work at Big 4 and honestly our partners were rarely involved.
