Working on the PMP. I completed the formal PMP authorized Exam Prep course. Is the practice test within that course sufficient for practicing for the real exam?

Since it’s all covered by my firm, I was thinking of getting some sort of app with practice questions to supplement the official PMI course. Is that worth the time? If so, any recommendations?

I work as a Solution Specialist (sales rep) at an Authorizer Verizon retailer. Phone/wireless sales is not something I want to do forever. Which role offers the best exit options? All the offers from US support teams of the companies.
