Workload is extremely heavy and often unsustainable. It wasn't uncommon to work 10hr+ days without a real lunch break, and I frequently felt overwhelmed and stretched too thin.

There was little regard for work-life balance, and the constant pressure made it difficult to recharge. While this environment may suit some, I find it challenging to maintain long-term mental without burning out.

I feel like I was straight up lied to during the interview process. “lots of opportunities to hit quota”. I’m sitting here with only one demo two months after joining the company. it looks like our team has only two people doing demos, and demos are only happening once every two weeks. At this rate, I don’t think I’ll be even close to hitting OTE. Are there any other companies hiring right now? I’ll have a discussion about my concerns with my manager soon, but there’s too many red flags here.

Anyone feel frustrated at times with the super aggressive sales personalities we deal with? My AE is always pushing on every ask no matter how minuscule it is. My vp is super anal about anything we do. I understand these guys pull in huge commissions and bonuses that’s why they are so motivated.
