Would I struggle if I transfer to MBB from a non-quant tech role at Big 4? Do they provide adequate training or do I have to learn in advance? How do the deliverables compare to Big 4 strategy/work?

Fast forward to last week, the talent POC calls me up and informs that she has asked the business if the position is still open, because now they just need the business approval to roll out the offer. I immediately felt demotivated as to ‘why now’ after all rounds have been cleared (continued in the comment below)
