Has anyone ever made a private investment into a startup? For background, I have an opportunity to invest and due to the tight timeline, not sure if I need to get compliance involved. It is in a newer industry that my fund does not invest in. Wonder if anyone has been in similar situations and what compliance could potentially do.

Looking for some software or tools recommendations for
1. Plan for retirement- I am looking to do the following calculations : calculate total corpus required at retirement based on inflation lifestyle etc. , calculate total amount my investments will grow at retirement age ( 401 k , savings etc, ). These two figures should give me an idea where the additional amount i need to invest.

Any recommendations?

Here my question, now she want to start her career again with her new skills in CDM, PV.

Cons: Heard culture isn't great, Not that much variety in projects

Got hired on part time for equity to do corporate strategy at a startup and that funding should hit in the Fall. Now it sounds like funding isn’t likely until we get a better following and I’ve been asked to do one reel and one blog a week (for minimal equity only) with all of my own content (photos, videos etc)
