I find the language around Snapshots rather subjective. It is quite challenging to make sense why someone can be rated Partially At Level vs At Level vs Next Grade. I have talked to people rated at different levels and they can’t point to specific steps to get to a specific level. Therefore it feels unrealistic to aim at something you can’t quantify. Please share some examples how an experienced associate can demonstrate Business Acumen and Technical Capability skills at Next Grade.
