Best backup plans if you get fired from a Big Law firm within a year or two after graduating? Go to a non-BL firm and then try to lateral back into BL?

After rejecting big companies like Infosys,Wipro, etc. I've joined EPAM Anywhere due to wfh permanently and it's perks. But after spending 1 and half month HR called me to search the opportunity outside of EPAM, means they're laying off people. It's unfair behaviour of the organisation. One issue with the work from home revolution will be the offshoring of jobs. I got laid off and my replacement will be from Mexico City. One time zone away and probably half my salary. It is what it is.

Let’s talk about wrongful termination. The other day I was fired in the middle of the day without any warning. My colleagues called me because they were confused on why the Talent Manager dismissed me from the chat. I didn’t know what they were referring to. So I called my PM to ask what was happening, and she said that she just got off the phone with the TM and said they were terminating my contract on the spot due to me speaking up about micromanaging.
