Yesterday got an email from the head of India tech hub Abhishek Rai about the restructure in tech hub, also referred to recent townhall wordings, is there any layoffs going to happen ?
I couldn't attend townhall that's why I am not able to understand.

There were substantial layoffs at firm and management has denied, saying they were performance related (mostly bullshit). They have not ruled out [further] layoffs in the future.

I don’t want to lose my job, and it would absolutely suck. But I almost feel numb and hard to even get too worked up over the prospect given how emotionally exhausting this year has been. Maybe bcz I feel somewhat safe, but I feel like if it happens, it does, and I’ll find a way to recover/move on.
