Now I have completed all interviews at Paychex, they’ve come up with matching offer (15.4 fixed) and saying not negotiable.
How much can I expect from paychex, will they be open for negotiation? They said this is the last thing they can offer

I have submitted the documents for LTI..before an formal HR call one lady HR called me and ask for expected CTC..i have one offer in hand and i demand 20% of that offer as fixed..she asked me to negotiate and so i went for 20% of offer as total CTC instead of fixed..she simply said OK thats it..and call ended..will I get positive note from them....?
