Hi all, I am currently working at ZS since around 7 months. I joined ZS straight out of college. I don't like the kind of work I do here and definitely the WLB sucks. I recently got an offer from AMEX. CTC is slightly higher in Amex but I believe I'll be earning more at ZS after an year. Should I join Amex considering that at this point of time wlb is a priority for me as I want to explore other things in my life for which I rarely get time at ZS?

Millennials like us always assume we’re about to get fired - I actually have been laid off in a meeting with that title. But at my new job, my boss asked for a “quick chat” to literally ask me to change the title of a meeting and then chat about christmas. Now that I’m in management, I want to understand it better.

Cybage is offering 10.5 LPA (9.36 is fixed + 75k joining bonus). Cognizant is offering 10.69 LPA (10.05 is fixed + 50k joining bonus). Designation at Cybage is Sr. software engineer and at Cognizant, it is project associate. Which one should I join?
