Joined wipro in june month, for aug m i eligible for variable pay,? Does anyone got it? Today morning i only received the salary without variable pay
I got offer with Robert bosch with 14 lpa ( 1 lpa is bonus) and in Ey 17 lpa (2 lpa as variable) and i am a frontend develop with 5 year of exp. Please suggest me

I currently love my job, the work, the people. The salary is ok but taking into account the work-life balance, it’s great. However, I am currently being poached by another company to set my salary as well as design my position. However, I don’t think the work will be as interesting and I’ll be working more. If you were in my shoes, how much money will make it worth it for you to leave?
Trying to evaluate monetary offers is difficult since I receive a significant bonus for maintaining my clearance (120k + 30k for the clearance). So I’m evaluating a non-cleared offer for 180k. I don’t want to hold the clearance anymore. Should I evaluate it against the 120 or the 150 in terms of answering the question “is the jump big enough to leave?” With bonus and without clearance, it’s a 40% or so jump, but only a 12-15% jump with only bonus and base included.
Switched from ey to kpmg for a salary bump but realize I really don’t want to be working busy seasons anymore… any suggestions on exit opportunities?

I accepted a job offer at a start up in December; they told me that they would apply for GC on a case-by-case basis and usually after the employee has been there for at least 6 months. Any tips on negotiating my raise? I have a check-in with a partner this week where we will discuss my raise. I just finished my first year at a consulting firm with ~4K employees. The average raise from first to second year seems to be 6.5% but I really want to gun for 10%. I have good reviews and the best chargeability metrics in my starting class.
