ZS all the way :) YoY raises and bonuses are really good and if you are good growth can be steep. WLB can be bad but really depending on team you join, but then that is consulting. Type of work also depends on teams / project. Are you joining a specific team?
8-6/7 is doable for me without a doubt, 9-11/12 week in week out is where I’d bow out,
If you already in b4, EY will give you nothing more than what you have already gotten. I’d go with the higher pay oppertunity and just know you can always come back to B4

15% doesn't cut it in my mind, unless you are quite highly paid at this point and that percentage brings in a good amount.
If ZS is such a pay master why not show that intent at inclusion?
I do not believe in things happening next year. It's now or not.
Also, a promotion to Mgr at big4 does not come easy. Would not recommend letting it go for a 15% hike.
Why not wait out the pandemic and try again?
