Question about negotiating when hired-- During negotiations would it be weird to ask for an annual review for promotion until I am promoted to senior producer? Usually people ask for vacation or salary but i'm more concerned about making a title jump and not sitting at the same position for three more years.
Currently I am a senior producer at a small creative agency (previously senior producer at very large agency for 5 years) and 8 years experience total. Current salary is $110k. I am being promoted to EP/HOP and being offered $120k. Understand the economy and the industry isn’t doing too well (and thankful to have a job) but seems like not a lot for so much added responsibility. Thoughts on ways to negotiate up or what a fair pay increase would be?

I recently got a massage (for chronic pain - needed it) and the practitioner started saying things like “the family unit has been under attack for a long time”. I researched the person and he’s a bonafide Q Anon conspiracy theorist spreading tons of misinformation online. I don’t know what to think. Should I contact the practice and complain? Should he be fired? Would you fire someone who was an active Q Anon devotee? Political views are one thing but this Q stuff feels more dangerous...
