Anyone have experience working CWX side of Facebook (Meta) ? These are the full time contract roles that potentially turn into permanent roles directly with Facebook (Meta). Had a recruiter reach out and offering me comparable TC and such, just curious if anyone has experience in these roles and success/failure of transitioning into permanent role. Thanks in advance!

Candidly, it depends on your experience and what you’re meant to produce and for how long they intend to keep you. The longer the stay the lower the rate. If you’re doing a TVC full up with social extensions versus just the social bit. Rates are being depressed at the moment so if you can get somewhere between 750 - 900 you’re in good shape but again it depends.
Day rate if agency side lately has been closer to $750. Big agencies used to pay $800+ but all the mid size or smaller ones seem to be scoping closer to $700, even $650.
Jesus. Sad state of affairs. I’d never accept a rate that low. Might as well get out of the business.
Who knows anymore. 100/hr ...+ /- 20 bucks.
My rate is $1K a day, I don’t do hourly.
When asked to take an hourly rate, I’ve negotiated a 10-hr day so it ends up at least being my day rate plus whatever beyond that.
