Anyone have experience with earning PQPs for United using a partner airline (probably air Canada)? Wanting to try to get the most out of it but it seems like it’s capped at 1500 PQPs? Is that correct?

What would you do? Currently I have Premier Platinum status with United Airlines, but I haven’t flown enough in 2022 to renew this status for 2023. I have reached Premier Silver for 2023 and will be 279 PQP short from making Premier Gold with my planned flights for the remainder of the year. I can earn 1 PQP for every dollar spent on United Subscriptions, but the only suitable option that will get me enough PQPs is $600 for United Club. Should I get the Club membership to obtain gold status?

I need help, which one do I choose with Turkish airlines for some flight delays. Haven’t been to turkey and am highly considering it with my partner.

A lot of dentists in my area are dropping Delta Dental due to low reimbursement rates. I submitted a complaint to Delta Dental but what else can I do? Should I complain to my employer as well? This is the only dental insurance that my employer offers.

Can I book a flight with partial points on Delta? For example, if a trip is 30,000 points + $100. Can I use 10,000 points + $300. Just using random numbers for simplicity.

I won flight passes with Air Canada so I can travel anywhere their planes go, so I've narrowed it down to Japan, Australia (Gold Coast), New Zealand or Thailand maybe Bali (flight must be with them, not their partners so Bali would be an extra cost/flights).

What would you recommend based on the above? I will have 2-2.5 weeks off for this trip.

I have been selected for Synechron company for Emirates NBD project, But they didnt conduct any client round.

Can anyone suggest Is it good to join synechron.

They have confirmed like post joining they will be able to send to Dubai after 2-3 months, but I am not sure.

Shall I trust them and join or stay in my current company, because I have seen lot of negative reviews about synechron regarding job security.

Worth it? $9.68 for a LGA -> BOS Delta E175 flight upgrade from main cabin to “Comfort Plus”

First time flying with Delta and the only advantage I see here is the extra leg room. The description says complimentary alcoholic beverages but they might not even have the time to hand out anything.

I need to pay this $9.68 out of my own pocket. Not sure if it worth it for a 1 hr flight.

I have the Amex platinum and have been flying delta a lot lately. Experience-wise the Delta Sky club has been better than the centurion lounge lately. I’m also a bit bothered by centurion lounge forthcoming rule of a $75k spend to have a guest accompany you. How do y’all plan to navigate?

I have a credit for a business class flight on Lufthansa from a Europe trip Covid cancellation 2 years ago. (Award ticket). But I’ve been finding it almost impossible to use because there’s never any availability. And it will expire at EOY. Any suggestions? Has anyone used the Chase Sapphire Reserve trip delay benefit? When I check the benefit claim process, it says I’ll need a “statement from the common carrier explaining reason for delay.” How easy/hard is that to get? Airline is Lufthansa.
