Better customer service and loyalty program. Flying into Chicago is much easier in my opinion.

I love Southwest! Points on points on points ✈️

like

They didn't offer you the middle or aisle?

like

Nice! I didn't realize that was an option at EY. Nice loyalty program?

like

Wtf whybarevyounfoyingbgreyhound? Might as well fly delta

like

Spouse and I do that when choosing our seats on every airline, whenever we fly. If we get the whole row, great. If not, we always offer the window or aisle seat to the unlucky person who ended up in the middle. Seems like a win-win to me.

like

No big seats is a deal breaker

Southwest also has better coverage to the Midwest from my home city, sadly. If flights were direct, I'd go Delta every time

Oh I simply staffed locally and Southwest most of time is cheapest option to fly out of pocket

🙋🏼 we are one of those couples. But never on Southwest 🙅🏽

Keep fighting the good fight

(1/2) I started a new job less than a month ago at a large firm with a significant pay increase. I work remotely- which is a special arrangement. They paid for my travel to their headquarters for in-person training. After interacting with my manager and some of the attorneys, I feel like I made a mistake. Manager is demeaning and rude. A bunch of the attorneys dropped not so subtle hints that people who work from home are causing all kinds of problems. I don’t know what to do.

Planning a trip to Rome and Naples with day trips to Tivoli and Pompeii. Is 1 week enough? I feel like reading through 3/4 day Rome and 2 day Naples itineraries, the trip seems rushed. I have unlimited PTO but my SO is limited in time (but luckily he can work extra hrs and then use less PTO). I would say max we could do is 1.5 weeks but adding on 3-5 more days seems almost too much? Thoughts? For reference, I did Venice-Florence-Rome in a week and it seemed okay but it also wasn’t as planned out
