Which airline did you choose as your main loyalty rewards program? The city I live in has a United hub but I prefer Delta / JetBlue.

For the Delta Platinum (and Diamond) medallion members (flight status not Amex card), what dollar value would/could you assign to platinum over gold? I’m close, but will need to go on a mileage run to hit platinum. Is it worth an $800 flight ticket?

Any suggestions on a small 3 day weekend getaway in January? I’d be flying out of NYC and it needs to be domestic as I’m using a Delta companion pass. Thanks in advance!

Hello Everyone! I've been with my company for ten years, of course, due to the market conditions, I need to find new employment. I've been applying to a lot of companies with no response.

Could anyone refer me to American Express, Discover, CVS Health, Bank of America, or Delta Airlines?

I have 3 paid cards - venture x ($495 fee), chase sapphire preferred ($95 fee), and delta amex gold (~$250 fee). As renewal season comes up, I’m thinking of dropping the Amex and chase as they’ve only been open for a year and I get most of my benefits from the venture x. If I open a card with no fees at Amex and at chase, will I keep my credit card points? Or is there a better way to avoid the fees and keep the points for the year?

Traveling to UAE tomorrow for my wedding. Looks like business class upgrade on emirates is impossible given World Cup traffic. Any wild ideas on how to get upgraded last minute if a seat opens? Would love to make this life event more special :)

Yesterday I purchased an overseas flight from United but it’s operated by Lufthansa. Today I looked and Lufthansa has one seat left for my itinerary. The flight is in December and I will likely want to bid on an upgrade. Should I cancel and rebook with Lufthansa to increase my odds of my upgrade being accepted? And am I even able to bid on an upgrade via United? I have about 10 hours to make this decision since I can cancel without penalty within 24 hours of purchasing. Thx!
