Any tips on achieving Delta MQDs aside from spending $ or credit card waiver? I have enough MQM for Gold but am so far from the MQD for even Silver for next year... really want to maintain Sky Priority.

Small firms need a reality check on salary expectations. Used to work for midsize firm in nyc got laid off and found a new firm. The offer was much lower ( 45k diff) and back to less than 6 figures but given how long I was searching i accepted the role. There is a promise to have a discretionary review at 4 month mark to bring me at 6 figs, but still would be a 30k delta from last firm. I'm working 8 hour days, no billable requirement in litigation. Question about LEAPs. I purchased 1/2022 calls on a few down in the dumps real estate stocks like IVR. When I read about leaps, the advice was to buy some thing with a minimum delta of .70, So I bought, for example, a 1.50 call for IVR. I’m ex Deloitte and just received a lovely pension notice, advising that the previously abysmal interest rate credit of 3.8% will now be EVEN LOWER as they will be reverting to a new calculation without any rate floor. I suppose Deloitte will claim this is to mitigate their interest rate risk in a continuing low rate environment. But with massive market returns during said low rate environment, where is the widening delta going? To maintain higher credits in the partners’ pension plan perhaps?

My mother (60 years old) needs to travel to SFO from NY. Wanted to get some thoughts from folks who have travelled recently in terms of which is the best airline from social distancing and cleanliness standpoint. Delta has blocked middle seat but flies from JFK (internal traffic concern) vs United which flies from smaller EWR but no social distancing.
