I recently received an offer from KPMG Global Services for 27 LPA. I have got another one from DXC for 31 LPA(including VP). As I'm more inclined towards KPMG I reached to KPMG HR asking to revise the offer letter. However, I was informed by the KPMG HR that both the offers are almost same as KPMG does not mention VP in the offer letter. Is that correct? If yes, what's the percentage that is normally paid out?

Need help. Wife is United Silver. United ticketed Lufthansa operated / united operated business class ticket booked on united club mileage plus card. Lufthansa canceled the segments. United says it needs to rebook with Air India / Air Vistara for the canceled segment. They say there is going to be a fare difference since united doesnt have protection agreement.
