Are there any plans for KPMG global services KGS to enable permanent WFH after pandemic. I got an offer from KGS for Cloud Advisory but looking forward for permenant WFH. What are the other salient perks I would get apart from Brand name & Work pressure 😉 if I choose KGS over other service based organizations?

I know that the hikes r rolled in October. But when does the talk happen.
I am joining in September and hence wanted to know for next appraisal how much time do I have to ask for a good hike/raise.

Will be in O’Hare soon for ~4 hour layover. I’m flying United and noticed my only Priority Pass options are Swissport and Air France - KLM. First time using my membership, and getting mixed info online on if I’ll be allowed entry. I’m flying domestically and from a different terminal but wanted to take the opportunity to check out a lounge. Anyone have any experience here?

Hi folks! This is my first ever question here.
I have 2 offers one from Deloitte USI and the other from KPMG Global Services. While Deloitte is giving a CTC of 23.1 and KPMG is giving 30. Deloitte is the current leader in Cloud strategy whereas KPMG is very new to this business. Also, in Deloitte the no. of levels to partner are just 3 whereas for KPMG there are 6 levels.
Considering the above points, which one should I join

Happy Friday! What’s the conversion ratio for United miles to $$? I saw an award ticket for 61k miles + $85 but cash rate for the same flight is around $510. My initial take is that I should pay cash and save my miles. Thoughts? TIA!

This is for KPMG Global Services offer that I recently received in India.

There is a flexible compensation part provided in the offer letter which accounts to 50% of the total comp. The other 50% is basic.

My question here is will I be getting the flexible compensation part every month in my paycheck. I understand the tax and PF part that will be deducted.

Which one would be the better one to shape my career in the field of Analytics?

An ex-colleague of mine is working at HTC Global services and has an experience of 9+ years. He is up for a salary discussion with Wipro. How much should be the ideal package that he should ask for? Right now he is getting something around 19LPA at HTC

If I already have United silver status (Marriott status match), is it still worth it to get the United explorer card? Up to 70k bonus, $0 intro fee then $95 after (will downgrade after a year to Gateway $0 fee card)

Planning on having lots of credit card travel/dining expenses for the next 6 months (airbnbs, groceries, Uber/lyfts etc.) Currently have CSR which I use for everything, and rarely use: Marriott Bonvoy AMEX (might cancel since no more travel/hotels), BOA Cashback 3% online shopping (use for some subscriptions), Apple Card for Apple subscriptions.
