Does anyone work at Principal global services? I would like to know about work life balance

Anyone with United 1k in jeopardy of not meeting the lowered “move the goalpost” PQP targets? Is there a December promotion or do you think United will pivot to extend status to 2023 in the final hour? Ugh, I don’t want lose 1k but can’t justify ~$5,000 in out of pocket expenses / mileage run. Anyone in the same boat?

Worried if snubbing BOSCH for sake of location constraint would be a grave mistake. Thoughts???

2.5 YOE post MBA

I have two offers at hand

One from KPMG global services - 18.5 lpa fixed - senior executive

Another from Deloitte India ( Offices of the US) - 19 lpa fixed- lead solution advisor

Both roles are similar for model risk management team.

Which one would be better in terms of WLB, career growth, bonus, hikes offered, wfh flexibility ( after offices open )

Counter offer from current employer (KPMG Global services) - Associate Consultant- 17 LPA + 5 LPA retention bonus

KPMG matched ctc but no assurance on promotion to Consultant until next appraisal.

Downgrading CSR to Flex. I don’t have any immediate travel plans but usually fly United and stay at Marriotts. I don’t have any status with Hyatt. Is transferring all my chase points (~150k) to united preemptively before I close my CSR account going to yield max value or are there other transfer partners I should consider?

My mom has flown from Taiwan to the US once in her life: for my graduation. I’m now pregnant and would like to upgrade my moms flight when she comes to the US for my baby’s birth. What are some ways I can upgrade her flight for a steal? I’m United silver status so would prefer United, but open to other airlines. Currently not enough points so what’s the best way? Hi, I got offer from KPMG Global Services. They have a component in their salary called "Flexible Compensation". I understand, it is something which the employees usually structure by themselves. I am confused about a few of the allowances, "Mobile/landline bill reimbursement", "Expenses in pursuit of Education", "Purchase of computer at home". Are these reimbursements or they will be paid as part of the salary?

Complicated airline mileage program question. Relocated to SFO. Have been earning miles on Delta Skymiles and SingaporeAir’s Krisflyer. Should I switch to UA or Alaska mileage programs or stick to SQ while flying United? I like AS because it’s now part of OneWorld (which AA is part of) and also allows earning on Singapore Airlines. Generally I hate United.

Flying United from SFO to India. They require a RT-PCR negative test with a QR code. Anyone knows of clinics or centers to get the test done?
