The owner just bought a plane but, they don't provide coffee or even water to their ee's! They treat us like money is tight. They put everyone on salary here and no overtime. I've mentioned it and was shut down. It's not right. I plan to tlk to a lwyr. Anyone dealt w this before?

But their starting offer is a 40/40 split(80k OTE) which is almost a 40% pay cut. He said we could negotiate. Any advice on what to ask for?

How do I learn to accept my role in the company and "slow down" career wise. I am used to quick promos and my new company is hiring someone with equal product exp to a more senior role than me, likely due to his 3 more yrs of overall experience.
