Hello All. I have been operating as a PM for 6 years. I never carried the title because the jobs I worked for gave me other titles: I.e implementation supervisor, Deputy officer, Health Educator. I am enrolled in google's project management Certification course. I will be finishing soon. I have worked on project from waterfall to agile lean six. With that being said, what is a realistic salary expectation I should request?

How can a senior associate benefit from lean six sigma? How can they apply it realtime? Because generally management doens't entertain associates . I needed guidence about how to proceed. Have completed the course and got certified on green belt.

How in demand are salesforce skills? Or even Six sigma? Currently have my green and am thinking of going to get the black. As for salesforce, I get a huge discount on the skills classes and testing.

Hello! l am new on this plaform and need career pieces of advice. l have been with the DC Government for about 8 years now as a manager, and want a change. About a year ago, l got the following certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, ITIL and Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt). l have an active DOD Secret with DHS Suitability. I currently wear many hats. I’m an EHS Manager, but also do minimal work with purchasing, HR, and Quality.
This morning I was volun-told I would be going through Green Belt training for Lean Six-Sigma at my plant. This will add onto my job responsibilities, with no mention of additional compensation.
Normally I’d jump at the opportunity for career advancement, but I was recently turned down for a pay increase, so I refuse to take on anymore work without pay.
