I'm with Accenture at level 12.1 and hence completed my Green Belt Lean Six Sigma, have been certified with a seal of excellence. Is there any job related to my skills in KPMG ?

Do certifications, particularly from asq add value to a candidate? Should candidates negotiate a higher salary if they have certifications such as Six Sigma, or CMQ/OE?

Is it worth getting a six sigma certification? Does it carry any weight? I'm a business analyst, transitioning over to product management. I have my CSM, CSPO, and SAFe PO/PM certs.

Hello! Anyone have a six sigma cert? I’m looking to apply for green belt. My only concern is the app process is not clear. What do they mean by experience relating to the BoK? I have the exp+3 years, but are there examples of what that looks like on the app? How do I show I’m eligible?

I currently wear many hats. I’m an EHS Manager, but also do minimal work with purchasing, HR, and Quality.
This morning I was volun-told I would be going through Green Belt training for Lean Six-Sigma at my plant. This will add onto my job responsibilities, with no mention of additional compensation.
Normally I’d jump at the opportunity for career advancement, but I was recently turned down for a pay increase, so I refuse to take on anymore work without pay.
What’s the right way to say that?

This is probably a stupid question, but what "level" should I be applying for at consulting firms if I'm coming from the healthcare tech industry as a director? There are so many openings and it's hard to pin down roles without knowing what to search.

I have a master's degree (non MBA) from a T10 school, ~12 YOE in healthcare with payer, provider, and tech companies. 10+ YOE project leadership, 4 YOE formal people management, 1 YOE managing managers, PMP, Six Sigma, Agile, and Lean certs.

I have done pretty well in my career so far. I have a master's (non-MBA) from a T25 school, a PMP, Six Sigma cert, and I'm somewhat technical but also great with clients and execs. I'm sitting around $200k TC not including stock options since current company hasn't IPO'd yet. I'm interested in consulting for the variety of work and learning opps, but worried about WLB. Thoughts?
