Did anyone go from a TN visa to green card (EB1/EB2)?

I wanted to know if someone has any info regarding the one time relocation assistance that Amex is planning to provide to new joiners who joined virtually.

I was working in USA on F1-OPT visa. Due to the expiration of my student visa and not being selected in H1-B lottery, I was forced to resign from the US division of my company in July. I accepted an internal transfer to the Canadian division of my company before my resignation. (I might be able to get L1 visa and return to the US, but this is an extremely challenging route). The processing of my Canadian work permit visa caused a delay in my scheduled start date with the Canadian team. Cont.

I requested for Canada onsite opportunity in my company. They say I need to be there in the organisation for 1 year to initiate a visa as per policy. 3 months left to complete 1 year. In the meantime they are asking me to try for PR on my own and if I get it they will transfer immediately. Is it a good idea for me to apply on my own or shall I wait for the company to proceed on this. I m married and have two kids ..Advice pls ..

I submitted my Canada visitor visa on 13th oct and my biometric is on 28th October from USA!
When can I expect approval? I have an international travel from 27th Nov after that I will be 2 Months outside of USA!

I have 3 offers as follows:
Amex - 25.5 fixed + 1 lakh joining bonus + Variable - CTC 29.5
Oracle - 29.5 fixed
Opentext - 28 fixed

Yoe - 6 years 7 months

I need some advice on which company I should join.
Amex is providing complete wfh, Oracle and opentext are asking to come to the office at least 2-3 days in a week.

Gave my boyfriend a credit card from my account. He spent 15k on it. Put on another 5 before I can cancel. Now he says he doesn’t have to pay back because it was my account. He’s not responsible. He thinks Canadians can’t sue US citizens. Isn’t it delusional?

I’m employed with company A and is on L1 visa. Now company A is acquired by Company B which has no affiliation with company A at all. Can company B transfer my L1 visa under their name or will I loose my status after acquisition is completed?
