McKinsey & Company I have an over-the-phone, 30 min. case interview with McKinsey & Company in 3 weeks for an experienced hire Associate role in their operations practice. So far I have prepared by reading Case in Point, Victor Cheng, using Rocketblocks and taking the Crafting Cases free course. I am planning to practice real cases for the next 3 weeks. Any other tips on preparing for the interview?
McKinsey & Company I'm going through the process for a lead data scientist role at McKinsey & Company / QuantumBlack. My recruiter says that the case study will be related to data science but there's isn't an awful lot to work with online. Is it going to be same as the case interview for generalist roles? Any advice from someone who's gone through the process or works in the firm would be really helpful!
How long did it take for you to get a verbal offer from Microsoft? They told me they do this hiring squad type of hiring (3 hours straight of interviews back to back 😵) to expedite the process but from all my previous firms I at least got feedback day of or next day. It’s been a few days since my interviews and I’ve heard nothing. I know it can depend on what position, group, etc.
