I'm a quantitative risk manager and thinking of leaving my current role as I've built expertise in a specific area of risk and want to have a broader remit. I currently have an offer with a smaller consultancy set up by former OW partners and going through the process at McKinsey, too. I quite like the work that the smaller consultancy does and the role that they're offering, however, I'm also thinking if working in a smaller unknown firm would be detrimental in the long run. Any thoughts?

I had a call w/ a recruiter and after hearing about the job, I *really* want it. But I’m worried I priced myself out of the role. I sent my resume/portfolio after and haven’t even gotten a reply that she received it, and I’ve followed up. I’ve been getting recruiter messages offering salaries up to 120k for copy/senior copy roles (which surprised me) so I gave 110-120 as a range on the call. She hesitantly said she thought 115 would be OK. But wondering if the salary could be the issue? Thought?

During 2016, I was selected for wipro as a fresher undergone training, but I did not clear the training exams, so wipro terminated me.During tht time I created NSR profile, after tht I joined another MNC as fresher. I never mentioned wipro exp as previous exp anywhere. Now recently I got a offer frm wipro. here also I did not tell that I was earlier termined by wipro.If wipro asks me to provide NSR details during my joining, does NSR have my previous exp in their db?
