32F, 10 YOE at two big 4’s in both tech and HC. Tough decision and want input! Options:

1. Offer to go to Deloitte as SM $200k+
2. Admitted to NYU and Columbia full time Bschool programs - no scholarship at either
3. Admitted to Darden w more than half scholarship
4. Offer to go to Two FAANGS as a program manager, 150k base, 75k annual equity (non technical role)

I don’t love what I do but seems I could make partner in 3-5 years at D. Having tough time turning down Columbia Bschool or FANG.

Anyone interviewed at Facebook for program manager role? Would love to get hiring manager level interview tips. Thanks.

Hello! I have an inital call with HR coming up for a non-technical program manager role and I’m anticipating the expected total comp question. I’m coming from a non-tech background so I’m not sure what would be reasonable. Not sure what L level this role would be (it’s titled just Program Manager). Role would be in the Bay Area (currently live in DC). I’ve got 10 YOE, mostly in the government (3 in consulting). Any insight would be helpful!

Hi everyone, does anyone have recommendations on what TC breakup to tell the recruiter at Amazon for Senior program manager (Supply chain), post MBA role? They are asking for breakup of base, bonus and RSUs. 4.5 years YOE. Asking for a final year Masters student.

In the process for a non-tech Principal Program Manager role in AWS (HR-related). I’m currently an M3 at Deloitte up for promo to SM in PY22.
