Advice when preparing to interview with Amazon for a non-tech Program Manager role?

Anyone know what level a Program Manager position is at Facebook (e.g., E4, E5, E6, etc.)?

Currently at 135k base comp, should hit manager by EOY. Should I take a tech program manager position at FB for 200k? What’s better for long term career growth? I hear once you’re at FB, navigating to new teams, projects, and roles is possible.

Could anyone refer me in any Managerial/HR/Training Manager/ Program Manager in Non technical role.

Offer as a talent program manager in industry $130k with 20% base. Currently talent consultant at $112k base about 5-10% bonus but up for manager this year. Worth it to stay? Or take the exit and run? T3 Midwest city. New role would have slower progression but better wlb and focus on really cool and specific talent work. Consulting role would be broader and provide the chance to manage a team. Thoughts from the bowl?

Amazon comp questions - I’ve heard it’s typically lower in terms of Base. I’m in the interview process for a non- tech program manager role, and ideas on what I should expect here?

What would you guys choose? Program manager L5 at Google (sales ops - incentives, setting targets, etc) or current position at corporate strategy at a legacy tech company (HPE, Cisco, etc.) where there’s a good opportunity to being promoted to engagement manager within the next six months (currently managing a junior member). Salaries are more or less the same (a bit lower at Google due to COL). Goals are to eventually manage a p&l or transition to product management.

Recruiter shared post on-site feedback and she mentioned that she would like to do the team match and do 1-2 additional rounds of interviews because the feedbacks now are borderline and have a very low chance of HC. Want to exit to a Program Manager role in a tech company. Any tips?

Most FB Program Manager and Manager roles mention a minimum of 8+ YOE. Through the referral process, I have been assigned an advisor who can share my resume with teams for roles I’m interested. She’s reluctant to share my resume for these roles as I only have 5 YOE (all consulting). Has anyone had any experience with getting a role at FB without the minimum YOE?

For the last 20 years, I’ve been in project/program manager roles. Most recently, I spent the last 12 years in a learning development role managing the development of sales and technology training. Also, facilitating and partnering with sales on the development of Hunter workshops and sales/Pre-sales new hire training. I’m looking to switch careers to being in sales as an account manager / sales development rep. Advice on how to get interviews in this new dream role?

Currently an M2 in consulting with 8YOE (no MBA). If I am looking to interview for a role at Amazon for a Senior Program Manager, would that be an L6 or L7 role? Trying to gauge the total comp I should be stating to the recruiter.

I recently accepted a newly created role ( which I love) with a brand. My most recent title was Sr. Project Manager. Though I’m now making more money, my current title is now project manager. The roles and responsibilities; however, are more aligned with a program manager ( think more strategic and global). After looking I noticed there were no Program Manager titles in the entire marketing division. That said, because it’s a new role, do I have the ability to request this change? If so, when?
