Sr Program Manager (non tech) salary at Amazon? They have asked for my expetecd TC number before they move forward. Isn't it $160K + bonus + RSU?

Months ago I interviewed for another Sr PgM role, and Amazon told me they can not go beyond $150K TC (base. Bonus. RSU)!!

is Sr PgM at Amazon that low paid?

What can I expect in an offer for a AWS Compliance Program Manager (non technical) position? I have 6 YOE and the role requires 5 years, so I’m not sure what level I’d come in at but I’d guess L5 or L6. Is 140-150k base with bonus and RSUs putting me over 200k realistic?

Hi all - I gave my range for Amazon non-tech Program Manager L6 role in Seattle (my YOE is 6+) as too high, and the recruiter came back and said they expect to offer TC of $160K-$170K. Is this the correct range? Not sure how to proceed, I do still want to interview but want to make sure I’m not getting low balled here. For context, I know for a fact I’m being under paid in my current role and would like to avoid the same in my next. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Former Senior Manager in Advisory here - does anyone feel like it’s a steep wall trying to break into tech industry for any role that has a manager title (e.g., Manager, XYZ Function)? I exited as a Senior Program Manager (IC role), I could absolutely not find anyone in industry willing to trust me managing people. Has anyone felt the same? What’s the reason for this wall? I’ve managed tons of teams and managed their career dev while at Big 4...what am I not seeing that I should see?

So I had my first ever google interview with the hiring manager (L6 non tech program manager) and I thought I did well, but I did not. What’s the consensus on leveraging competing offers for vastly different roles during comp negotiations? For example, is it wrong to use an offer for S&O Manager at Firm A to negotiate comp for Program Manager role at Firm B?

I understand that skillsets are valued differently in the market but seniority is similar and both firms are in the same industry (tech)
