Any experience working @ Chad Jones law?
I’m currently discontent with my income.
(3rd year. Salary=80k and no performance incentive. I brought in $1.4mm AFTER partners claimed over half of fees on my big cases.)
I see CJL offers an incentive+ base but I’m curious about that structure.
Any good or bad firm culture to speak of?
Is it impossible to actually earn a respectable incentive bonus?
Am I going to have some partner come cut me out of any cases where I might actually make a solid fee?

I am in a design/production role at a mid-sized agency. We currently only have one person on the digital team doing UX. I recently presented my manager with a proposal for a new position, UI Designer, that I want to move into.
I would love some advice on how to negotiate salary on a new position that doesn't current exist. How do you respond to an offer? What if they say it's a lateral move and don't offer me any additional compensation?

Hi Fishes, Have a query. My spouse is working in the electrical and electronics field for the last 15years, in various GCC countries. Now he wishes to come back to India and wants to join some company here. But seems like similar opportunities are very less, say close to 3-4%. When do you know you've toured enough houses and should pick one from the list you've got? I've seen probably 15-20 homes, and put in one offer. How many homes should you tour minimum, and how many offers did you put in before you closed?
