Hi Fishes, Can Anyone please tell, one of my friend joined Tech M in August, At the time of joining she was 3 months pregnant and now shes worrying about her manager. She wants to inform them about her pregnancy; is it right time to inform? Or she needs to wait for 6 more months for that to inform? Anyone please clearify.. Because taxes on earned income are higher in Europe many employers provide a lower cash salary, but give more perks like corporate paid apartment, car, etc. I know that's the case for some companies in France and Germany in particular. Check total compensation package before you compare
Consultants outside of the US make a lot less. Glassdoor your firm in Paris, Jo-burg and Beijing...
???? No way that can be right...
The average UK B4 SM makes $120k. Part of the reason I'm not there.
Most Europeans don't have undergrad loans or anything of that sort. #thanksobama
What about PE, does that pay on par with US?
*many, not most...before someone who's actually European corrects me.
D1 funny because Partners in the U.K. Make more than anyone else globally
@S&1 but a non-sponsored MBA is still ~$150K...even at 20 year pay back that's 30-50% of post tax income on loans making 80K. Is this why H&M and Zara came from Europe?
Yes but OP that's if you're in the states - in the U.K. an MBA isn't even a fraction of that - average is like 10k and Oxbridge is still less than 50
I thought post MBA was pretty standard at 130-150 for most consulting firms who recruit including MBB
