Joined Deloitte in 2019 as an Analyst, been at the firm for over two yrs and currently a Consultant. Got a job offer at EY to come in as a Senior, based in FL so base salary 110K and trying to negotiate for closer to 120K.
Is this a good offer to consider/take?

I recently got an offer from Dell for Senior DS in the sales and strategy team for quota planning I8
TC:155 Base + 8 % Bonus (Remote)
Does any one knows the work culture in Dell and this team in particular?
The TC looks much more than I was expecting is it good?

After 2 years at my company (Multi national company with >1k employees) I was promoted to Senior SWE with a 10% salary bump from 85k to 93.5 I live/work in the Baltimore area which I consider Medium COL. Is this a reasonable adjustment for a senior promotion in this area?

I’m in MTS and recently got an offer from PWC federal side, compensation wise it’s really close but in my group I have multiple clients under three different Senior Manager which is what kills me. I’ve always want to get federal experience and I don’t think it’ll be easy if I want to transfer to a federal group. So should I quit or use the offer to negotiate transfer group? I know I have someone if I want to negotiate to go to national MTS but federal I don’t have close connection…

I work at a boutique (currently ~14 bankers and 10 back office roles).

Joined in august. Since august, 3 senior bankers (MD / VP) 1 HR director, and now 2 analysts have left for great opportunities. To be honest I’m happy and like my role, plus it’s too early to think about switching firms already.

I am now the only analyst left, we have another one joining in January. Any advice on how I can leverage this for comp discussions at the end of the year?

Pwc offered senior associate @ 16 lpa fixed + variable + 1 joining bonus + gratuity +insurance

Hello, after 3 years of working in a company today I just promoted to the senior software engineer. my salary changed from 140 to 152 (8%) increase. I was expecting at least 15% increase.
I always think my salary is below the average and they don't appracite my work as they should so. So I decided to share it with you to get your insight.

Currently at EY senior 3 up for promotion to manager just interviewed with Deloitte and people seem great! Salary increase is amazing… is this a good decision hmm… you guys tell me. I have no issues with EY but my salary is not what I would like it to be and when I promote I don’t think they will come close to offer from Deloitte.
