Senior manager, 6 yoe, 200k base, 20k sign on, 20% bonus, NYC based for a boutique strategy. Is this fair? Thanks

I want to come home in the next 2-3 years.

I am an experienced Strategist living in the UK and I want to come home to Chicago.
I've never worked agency side in the US. What should I be bulking on my resume? What's the salary range for a Senior Strat in Chicago? Any recruiter recommendations?

Any audit folks at midsize and up firms (experienced senior and above only) looking for a role in accounting advisory/consulting at a small firm <100 people (completely remote), reach out to me. Busy season hours are approx 45/week. Comp starts around $105k

I know it's all part of the business model, but anytime someone is "acting senior" on a job, the firm is taking advantage of you (more than normal lol). Can you imagine any other job saying "hey, we're going to give you a ton more responsibility and tasks for oversight, but not pay you anything additional or factor it into your raise". You'd say "No, we need to adjust my compensation to align with my new job description"... It would take every staff to collectively say no for anything to change

I had a video round interview for ey-parthenon and also gave a case study response within an hour.
Just wanted to know two things -
1. It's been around 4-5 days and while I know it's early, Parthenon will come back for another round right? Assuming they like my case solution. The video interview went well.
2. For senior analyst with yoe 3.5 (2.1 post mba) what is the salary range?

I just found out that the most senior SEO specialist at my company ( technically SEO Manager title ) is making barely 6 figures. Am I crazy or is that unbelievably low? He’s a good friend of mine, and I always took his ranting on being underpaid as him just complaining, but I recently saw the company comp ladder for his position and he’s maxed out at 109k TC.

Currently working at an old biotech company as a senior financial analyst probably working 5-10 hours a week. Bored as hell but I realize my work life balance is insane. Have interview with pwc for a similar role what I am working right now, a little senior level but great compensation compared to my current.

Question:
Why do you want to come to pwc when you are already in consulting at another Big4 firm?
