I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

I can’t speak for transfers from the US, but in general SAs in Toronto make between $70k and $105k base. Experienced hires can be in the $90-100k range. $70k-$80k is more for those getting promoted from associate. There’s a specific # those finishing the FftF program get but I can’t remember what it is.
There’s technically “Senior Associate” which is the level you are assigned after being promoted from Associate. “Senior Associate 2” is the level you get after 1 year at the previous level or as an experienced hire. Other than a different cost rate, I’m not sure if it has any other purpose.
Very helpful. Thank you! Asking for a friend based out of Canada.
You already work at PwC and you're asking the Toronto bowl? HC will share the ranges with you internally, just ask.
Sorry for not giving context. I work for PWC US.
