How much does a senior associate in FS Regulatory & Comp- Capital Markets @ KPMG make in NYC?

I'm up for a pharma agency senior CW role in the Rx/HCP vertical. I have been freelancing for 11 years, so mostly contract rates between $50 and $80 p/h (lower end on W2, higher 1099). They want to know my 1099 rate and salary requirements if full-time employee. Would $75 hourly and $110K be within range? They are in Philadelphia. I have been working in the Chicago, San Fran, and NYC markets mostly.

For those of you senior enough in a holding co agency to have bonuses as an official part of your comp structure, I’m curious what that looks like: what’s the percentage or range? Frequency? Is it based on your personal performance or the agency’s? Are the criteria for earning it concrete and transparent? Trying to understand how to weigh this when evaluating offers.

This is my 3rd year in public accounting and I did not get promoted. My other co workers got it. The raises was a joke and My base salary is low. I want to look for another job But I’m worried that I will be a staff again at the new firm. Should I wait another year and get promoted to a senior and leave? Or try to look for one now? Don’t get me wrong I am grateful that I have a job during this pandemic. I just feel like I’m doing something wrong.

I have recently been promoted to Senior Associate and will be having my compensation call later this month. I wanted to ask what are other Big 4 first year senior associate's salaries in the Bay Area? OR what is a reasonable % pay raise considering the COVID environment?

Just got promoted to senior in DT (I’m in TP) usually year over year we get allocated slightly more comp % being in IT/TP than BTS or other larger groups. This year obviously not the case my PPMD explained there was no “merit based” corps and that could likely happen again next year.... the comp we got was honestly shockingly low (3%). Have a good friend just get promoted to senior in PWC TP .. got 20% and a 2.45% bonus ... anyone hear of this? Or believe this is true cause I am shocked
