I got an offer for Senior Associate at KPMG in VA, how much should I shoot for in terms of salary? IT Audit, I have 3 YOE

I know the official policy is 3 days in the office. I’d there a way negotiate to negotiate that to let’s say 2 days in the office during hiring?

I have 1 HR related query.
Suppose I got an offer from X company with A package.
Now when asking the Y company that i have got an offer of A from X company, they are asking why you are looking for more offers, that is pretty good money.
And what is the guarantee that after taking our offer you will join us only?
You will not go to any other company in the same fashion?
What can be the best answer for this, please provide your inputs here!!

An executive of a major Telecom company approached me with an exciting opportunity. All details have been finalized for them to provide me an official offer other than the final compensation. Had an interview today, for RN OnCall position. This is an extremely difficult position, but I bring not only a preference to work the hours they need but the experience and credentials to qualify for the upper range of the salary (RN, MSN, CHPN, 5 years hospice experience). I asked for the range and he gave the range then immediately stated that I would qualify for mid range.
