I’m currently working with a senior level HR candidate. This individual has a doctorate in business with a focus in HR, her SPHR, Federal, and private sector experience at the singer level, and has a fabulous personality. Switching team internally competing with external candidates. was asking a promotion for next grade midpoint but was ok to accept >=50% hike which i told hiring manager before the process start itself which he said will consider if I'm the one selected.

Attended 5 rounds-- 1 coding, 2 technical, 1 managerial, 1 hr. Now after 2 months telling me I'm the selected one, but offering me just 20% hike and same grade

CTR, contracts and department overhaul

our marketing dept is undergoing a complete overhaul. under old leadership, a $75k 12-mo contract was signed to a marketing group that handles our SEO, blog and everything Google Ads. All things I can and am in training to do. Current CTRs on G ads seem pitiful at no more than 0.75%. My meta ads coast around 4-6%. During this overhaul, would it be wise to not renew our contract, and negotiate for me to take over these roles and leverage a raise?

Hi all, I’m looking to learn about how one can transition from PwC AC to PwC India.
I joined PwC AC Bangalore as a fresher and have been working here for 13 months.
I was randomly assigned to SAP, but I’ve realised I really want to move away from this and move towards what I originally planned on pursuing i.e. data analysis, I was already well versed in ML and DL with python.

I'm accepting an offer with a new company... Start in early Aug. Senior Manager role, though in this company that equates to Manager at most consulting farms. They did not had hunt me. I came to them for the job.

I have COVID delayed vacations planned for the last week in August and the first week in October.
