Fishes need suggestions. I have been put on PIP for bad performance. I am being a part of 6 months project and project is about to complete with backend work done. I took more time for some tasks because of not knowing the technology so they highlighted that and my senior send emails to HR to put me on PIP. What should I do ? Acknowledge PIP ? Or resign? Anyone been able to work from Dubai for a UK/US firm and benefit from no taxes? How long did it take you to receive your first promotion? I have 3 years of work experience, currently at my 3rd agency, and third associate position.
