I'll be joining Deloitte this month. Do I still have a shot at getting a raise in the normal cycle (I think I heard raises were given every June) or do I need to wait till June 2024?

@Globant should literally feel ashamed. Already they low balled me like anything, at 9 yoe offered just 17lpa and when I raised concern for market adjustment they just promised to give me promotion and stated in May now you dint complete 1 yr so we will promote you in Oct. Dear all,
I am sharing an experience with you. Please suggest where I can put forward this/ complaint for EY Gds. I was mailing HR since 2 weeks, but no response. Thanks to onBoarding team, someone from HR team, responded but she had lack of manners. She didn't talked to me good and I felt as if I am being accused of cheating the firm. Now, I am hopeless about joining this firm (although I wanted to). Can anyone tell, where can I raise such concerns.
