Received offer from KPMG for 145 for SA (commercial) and Slalom for 140 as a Talent Manager (internal). I don’t think I’ll be able to get Deloitte to counter and worried about the uncertainty of a promotion. I guess my question is if it’s worth it or if I should wait till promotion for better exit opportunities?

However , they are now asking me for immediate joining which is not possible(as per HR) as i am serving notice period of which less then 45days are left.
I have made this clear on day 1 to the recruiters
One more thing, they are not offering any decent package
Eg- Deloitte is offering 15LPA for a 7.5yrs exp Scrum Master
