I have an opportunity to leave Deloitte for a min 20% raise but the people I have met are awesome and fun. Is it worth chasing the money now? I’ve been here 10 months.

Does Deloitte pay the lowest of the Big 4s? Got an offer for a lateral move and it is basically the same as what EY will be paying me after the raise.
