INSEAD vs LBS: Targeting MBBs post MBA. Profile: Nationality - Indian, Current Location - London, Experience: ~6.5 years across Deloitte and EY. Currently on track for Manager promotion at Deloitte next year. My main concern is around sponsorship, are MBBs looking to hire non-Europeans esp. @INSEAD? People say it is a consulting school but majority of campus hires are EU / British citizens. Not sure if Brexit has changed something recently.

Hi all! I work at a nonprofit and am looking to leave the organization. As I browse available positions in my area, I’m realizing there is a LOT of crossover between my current org and others, for example shared board members, folks who are on our board and employed at one of the institutions I’m interested in, etc.. So I used to work for a company where my job was good, was a director of business solutions for a fashion brand. Only issue was that the CFO micromanaged and ended up leaving. My background is digital transformation however I took an infrastructure position to rebuild a provincial healthcare system. Advice: my firm incentivized associates to get licensed in fed courts - 4 fed courts for a 5k raise. They also covered the admission fee. I just accepted an offer with another firm and will be putting in my 2 weeks notice tomorrow. I know that people say it’s all about story, but with a certain gpa/gmat score is there a “floor” that you’re safe on? For example would someone with 4.0/780 (not me) be pretty much assured at least 1 M7? Or is there a reasonable chance that all M7s will reject them? Or is their floor just lower (T15 for example)?
