Hi all,
I have a offer from Perficient and joining in 2 months time. Question :
1: how is the company in terms of job security and projects? I work with web analytics
2: How is the hike and work life balance.
3: Attrition rate
4: Hike is good but will it be a safer vet like Accenture Operations?
Need some views from people working there.
Thanks in advance.

If you’re coming from another consulting firm moving to a competitor is almost as easy as just talking to another project
The case interviews are a joke, I got nearly every question wrong but still got the job. As long as you’re friendly and can articulate yourself you’ll be fine.
I did held a few case interviews as an interviewer, there is no right or wrong. We don’t even get potential / optimal answers. It’s all about how the candidate can articulate and how they approach the case. Eg: do a quick summary First, ask clarifying questions, do some thinking outside the box. That’s what matters. There is no „wrong“.
Yes for sure. I think for all types of consulting, BUT the degree of difficulty and standard vary a lot depending on which practice (Strategy, human capital, tech, etc.)
Lol no not if you’re coming from another firm.
This is wrong, they all do case studies regardless of background
Me and a friend both just came from acn to Deloitte as Sr. Consultant & had to do case interviews
Did you join SaT or Parthenon? Because those service lines I believe require Case.
Depends on your team. I didn’t have to do one for tech consulting
Not for Deloitte, EY, and KPMG when I interviewed as a data & analytics consultant
Yes
It depends on practice/role. I went from ACN to PwC as a manager and my interviews consisted of chatting with some Directors and a Partner about fit and experience.
What If I'm interviewing for a specialist role with Deloitte? Case interview or no case interview?
I didn’t get a case, but they grilled me nonetheless on the technical aspects/knowledge of my experience. And asked me technical questions that I had to answer on the fly.
Well what are you applying for? I applied for a cyber role Bc of my background as a tech consultant. It’s based on the position you’re applying for. I got asked basic cloud computing questions to more specific cloud architect questions.
