Does anyone know what are the SC levels at Deloitte and whether we need to progress through all to be promoted? I heard about this from a friend who was from Deloitte HK and then queried HR SEA about which level I would be joining but HR replied saying that it will not affect my promotion. May I know how true this is?

Today after HR round with Morgan Stanley they have given me the amount as 2365000 base + 141900 EmployerPF + 354750 Variable + 4.75 lakh relocation.

Now, I am totally confused which one should I proceed as the amount is also beyond expectations from Morgan.

We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles. My manager says it isn’t my problem as they are a vendor but I can’t help thinking I have an ethical responsibility to do something. Any advice as to how to approach this without being fired?
