We are looking to restructure our marketing team (B2B IT services) and one of the questions I have is: how does recruitment marketing / employer branding fit into the marketing team?
Over the last year EB and RM have become increasingly larger parts of our team’s work, but it’s not part of the marketing commercial targets (just helping recruitment meet their targets). Are they completely separate in your company? Or part of the team and if so how?

I am a new associate (1 month in mid-tier firm) and I struggle to get work to fill up the whole day. In honest time, i get about 3-5 billable hours a day. Am I going to get in trouble or fired over this?? I am putting my best efforts when I do get work and I ask for work sometimes. At this point I feel like I am being annoying too…

During the work week, how many hours of pure leisure time do you have? (Leisure defined as time dedicated purely to your own hobbies/favorite activities, eg purely personal activities: not counting time spent with kids, catching up with SO, cooking, running errands, etc)

The other company is giving good CTC but tech stack does not include any cloud technology i am interested in .
