And leaving LTIMindtree because I’m being hired for a project and since 4months I’m on bench and can’t see any project in pipeline. Can anyone help me in selecting the company . At later stage I will ask arcelor for counter offer and I’m confident they will meet. Your suggestions will be very valuable

I'm the hiring mgr for designers in my org. I recently discovered pay band information given to me by the HR generalist I'm working with on hiring was outdated and updated bands had been released over the summer (prior to my hire date). The outdated information had led me to believe a prime candidate was out of range. Aside from incompetence, can anyone think of a reason why HR might have withheld information about the pay bands? I assume mgrs see the full monty when it comes to pay...right?

Remuneration for a project manager with a company like property developer

I have many options to consider but two options below are what I’m thinking of right now.

I want to see your thoughts on which one I should pick.

Job A: Project Engineer. 135K/yr base. 10% signing bonus.

Job B: Senior Project Manager. Contract. $60/hr standard. $90/hr overtime.
